What we collect — and what we don't

No accounts, no ads trackers, no selling data. Ever. Tabletop Tourist has no user accounts and we never sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Anonymous analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and stores people use, so we can improve the directory. It records things like pages viewed, clicks on Directions / Call / Website buttons, and approximate region — not your name or identity. Google Analytics sets cookies for this; you can block them with any standard tracker blocker and the site still works fully.

Saved on your device only. Favorites (♥ Saved), your Tourist Passport stamps, and crawl lists live in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we can't see them. Clearing your browser data erases them.

Forms. If you claim a listing or suggest a fix, the details you type (name, email, phone if given, your message) are sent to us through Netlify Forms so we can verify the claim or make the fix and reply to you. Owner contact details are used only for running the listing — they are never published (only the ✓ Owner-claimed badge is) and never shared.

Location. The "Near me" feature uses your device's location only in your browser, to sort stores by distance. It is never sent to or stored by us.

Your choices

Store owners can ask us to update or remove a listing, and anyone can ask what form information we hold about them or have it deleted — email tabletoptouristus@gmail.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
